Founder, Director, Staffing Specialist
Gregg started Lightwave in 2011 with the goal of creating a recruiting agency that always treats employees, candidates and clients the right way. He enjoys partnering with companies trying to find the best talent and mentoring and leading the next wave of recruiters at LW. A former BMXer, Gregg is a graduate of Providence College (Go Friars!) with over a decade of staffing experience. He enjoys spending time with his family, hitting the links and coaching his three daughters’ youth sports teams.
Founder, Director, Staffing Specialist
Jason started Lightwave in 2011 with the goal of growing a recruiting agency from an idea to a successful business with an emphasis on providing high quality services to our clients, candidates and employees. Jason oversees operations at LW and manages the consulting business. He is a graduate of Fort Lewis College in Durango, CO and has over 20 years of industry experience. Jason enjoys spending time with his family and two dogs Jordan and Jax and working on his vintage motorcycles.
Mike has been with LW since 2018 and brings an innovative approach to recruiting. He played baseball at Skidmore College where he got a BA in Psychology and is now obtaining a MS in Performance Psychology at BU. Mike looks beyond the resume at LW and finds what makes each individual special. On the client side, Mike understands that each company has a personality and culture that they are always trying to enhance! Mike enjoys spending time with family, playing various sports and learning.
Recruiter / Account Manager
Teah joined the Lightwave recruiting team in 2018 where she enjoys meeting talented people with different backgrounds and experiences every day. She graduated from Fairfield University with a Psychology degree in 2016 and began recruiting as a way to combine her passion for helping and understanding people with a business-oriented mindset. Outside of work, you can find her trying new baking recipes, reading, or running.
Emily joined the LW team back in September 2020 after graduating from Providence College with a degree in education. She is thankful to kickstart her career as a recruiter at Lightwave and has quickly found a passion for connecting with candidates. She particularly enjoys working on sales & HR-related positions and always gets excitement from bonding with a candidate on the initial call. Outside of work, Emily likes to stay active, visit Boston with her friends, and try new foods!
Hannah started working at LW in early 2021. She began her career in college coaching and recently pivoted to recruiting. As a former collegiate athlete with a degree in Psychology from Northeastern, Hannah is excited to be a part of a collaborative team that shares a common goal and desire to excel. She enjoys meeting candidates and seeing them through their job search! In her free time, you can find Hannah spending time with loved ones, hiking, taking walks with her dog and doing yoga!
Jake joined Lightwave Recruiting at the beginning of summer 2020 while enrolled as a student at Merrimack College. As a business major, Jake was drawn to the entrepreneurial spirit at Lightwave and focuses on various recruiting and operations projects. Outside of Lightwave, Jake spends his time playing golf as captain of the Merrimack College Golf Team and serving his Kappa Sigma Fraternity Chapter as president. Jake also loves spending time with his family and friends.
