Meet the Lightwave Recruiting Team!

We started Lightwave to be different from the other agencies in the marketplace. We wanted to build our company reputation on customer experience and value and not on transactions and metrics. Lightwave strives to make the job search and hiring process as smooth as possible and has built a team of some of the best in the business to achieve this goal. We are competitive, empathetic, ethical and knowledgeable. We are Lightwave!
