Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Consultant
Lightwave Recruiting is looking to grow our team of talent hunters. Are you excited by developing business, building relationships and partnering with growing companies? We are looking for a Recruiter with a start-up attitude to join our growing team in Waltham MA.
Role:
- Source candidates for client requirements using industry databases, job boards, Linkedin, cold calling, social media, networking events, messaging, etc.
- Build a talent pipeline in competitive market
- Manage full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing/hunting stage to offer acceptance.
- Build relationships with clients and hiring companies to increase placement success.
- Use tools and fresh ideas to build Lightwave brand and candidate network.
Requirements:
- Willingness to learn, motivation to succeed, and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Clear communication skills and ability to interface with high level professionals, subject matter experts, HR / Talent professionals and hiring executives.
- Sales or consulting experience is a strong plus.
- Positive, likeable personality and ability to influence.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
