Senior Marketing Analyst

Location: Waltham, MA

Our client is looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join their global Marketing Analytics team. This is a new role on their fast-growing marketing team reporting to the Director of Marketing Analytics & Operations. You will play a critical role in building a culture of data-driven decision making across their Marketing and SDR teams. You will also be responsible for contributing to the strategy and planning of the Marketing team by providing business-critical insights and ensure cross-functional alignment of goals and execution.

In this role you will use your technical skills, business acumen and communication skills to generate ideas that drive growth, while maintaining a high bar for thoughtful, impactful analyses. Successful candidates will have experience and understanding of Marketing, Sales measurement and analytics. This includes B2B inbound lead funnel, funnel analysis, creation of opportunities, and sales performance analysis. Additionally, the ability to work collaboratively and drive participation, engagement with marketing, sales and other internal stakeholders will be vital to this role.


  • Develop measurement frameworks and learning agendas to report on the performance of key marketing & communications initiatives holistically. Understand drivers behind results and connect the dots to uncover insights and create a complete story
  • Design, develop, implement & maintain intuitive dashboards designed for easy consumption by business stakeholders
  • Use visualization and storytelling techniques to socialize success, key learnings, conclusions, and implications if any to the marketing strategy
  • Provide supporting evidence and insights towards the strategic approach in planning
  • Working together with the marketing, SDR and other analytics teams, translate into and develop marketing and communications plans to deliver on the business objectives
  • Provide strategic insights to Executive staff and Marketing Management on a weekly and quarterly basis through executive reporting and in-person presentations when needed

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales/marketing analytics role
  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce
  • Strong experience with Tableau or similar BI & data visualization tools
  • Deadline driven and strong attention to detail
